We employ a large number of staff to help run the practice. They are chosen and trained carefully with the patients’ interest and wellbeing as a priority.
Our receptionists are here to help you and your medical needs; however this may sometimes require a compromise to meet these needs.
Our staff can usually help you, but if you must speak to a doctor you will be given the chance to do so as soon as possible without unnecessary interruption of other work. If you have any comments or suggestions to make about our staff or methods, please ask to speak to the practice manager. Your suggestions are welcome.
